Assemblers and Fabricators
We are looking for several talented fabricators and assemblers to assist with the manufacturing of our innovative designs and systems. Assemblers not only build/create but also ensure that we maintain high quality control during manufacturing. Team assemblers work together in lean manufacturing work groups. Sigma Design technicians do not necessarily specialize, but rather switch between tasks. Having employees learn multiple tasks enables Sigma Design to remain more productive while also enabling employees to learn new skills and providing a more interesting work experience and work environment.

Full-time employees are expected to work a 40-hour week with some flexibility in scheduling. Full-time employees are also eligible to participate in our benefits programs including holiday pay, vacation benefits, health, dental, vision and life insurance, a tax deferred savings plan and bonus plans. Compensation is competitive and in line with your experience.
